Our approach to food and nutrition stems from years of reading and researching, speaking and working with experts, and serving as guinea pigs in our own dietary experiments. The goal – to be the best versions of ourselves; stronger, fitter, cleaner – both mentally and physically.
Vegetable meets Butcher. Vegan meets paleo[ish]. Ariane meets Turner (it was actually the other way around, but hey, we’re trying to keep a rhythm here). We started V+B to create more time; more time for our friends, families and, most importantly, ourselves. We work hard and live active lives, which means we don’t always have time to shop, prep, cook and clean. Our solution – Vegetable and Butcher. We choose partners who care about the safety and wellbeing of their employees, the quality of their products and the environmental impact of their businesses.
Our food is many things – delicious, nutritious, savory, sweet, crunchy, tasty... you name it (assuming it's positive), but processed is not one of them. Our menu is designed by a fine dining chef, approved by a registered dietitian, sourced with the seasons and taste-tested by those who matter most – you.
